The maximum occupancy for our rental is 20 guests.  There is a surcharge of $75/guest per night for the number of Guest over 14.

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests.

Our rental includes the entire house and yards:  7 Bedrooms, 8 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, linens, towels, Wi-Fi, 2 x 70" smart TVs, fire pit, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, darts and more.

No, you will have exclusive use of the entire home and surrounding patios and yards.  The home is located on a working Horse Farm so there will be other people on the farm, but not in the home or immediate surroundings.  See our site plan for details.

No, not generally.  The home is located on a working Horse Farm and there are farm dogs on the property that will come visit you.  They are very friendly.  If you have a special need to bring a service animal or pet please inquire for special permission for a pet waiver.

Overnight stays require a 3 night minimum.  This policy is firm but exceptions can be made on a case by case basis if the stay is between Monday and Thursday.  Events do not require an overnight stay.
